Thank you for this and other shoulder exercises. I feel less pain and can move my shoulder a lot more. I was wondering why my shoulder hurts so much as the X-ray shows nothing. It was getting worse, not only the pain, but also the mobility. After trying these exercises, my shoulder is a lot more mobile and I can go back to my normal work out routine. Looking forward to more effective exercises like these!

I've been following your videos since day 3 of my shoulder break. I'm at the end of week 5, and my doctor is totally impressed. This video scared me a little. I'm feeling it, but I am improving every day. I can pretty much take care of myself again, even though my shoulder bone cracked in half. Thank you for your compassion and generosity. Hello.. please give a reply to me... I have eustachian tube blockage since 1 month..like I had ear infection 1 month ago and severe pain in my right ear but when I took antibiotic it stopped but left my right ear clogged and now since a month ... whenever I swallow something my both ears pop! Idk what to do..😭 pls say me..is it treatable with medicines? I'm on my course now since 10 days

Hi I am new at this exercise and tried to do it but it hurts too much so I’ll back off for awhile BUT I really appreciate your videos, because home OT only showed me swinging arm or moving across table or up wall… your exercises are truly more detailed and it’s like having a PT helping me during this trial! Oh I’m 72 woman, and fell 6 weeks ago with losing balance and did a body slam on left side on my carpet! Ended up with 3 fractures under shoulder AND with OA in knee with tares was actually why I fell! It’s tough getting older but I’m young at heart 💕 have a great day Gail.
Hi I just found your video and after following your technique I am so happy, still hurting but manageable after getting 3 fractures right under left shoulder. I put moist heat on earlier today before doing pendulum swings and today can move arm a little across table and a few inches up my refrigerator! I’m 6 weeks after my fall! What an experience I also hurt my left knee so I’m using a hemi walker until I get a brace next month, it’s not fractured but I have OA with multiple tares! It’s a mess but with your help at home and getting PT, I’m hoping to continue using your videos for extra help. Thank you.

There are a lot of branded names but the most correct technical name is endonasal cranial adjusting.

Great question. The skull bones that are fixated at the sutures become more pliable with the care. So, you will get some increase in the functional movement of the bones from posterior to anterior. This is very little movement but it can make a significant difference symptomatically. In extreme cases, I work with a dentist that will get the maxilla bone to grow/expand. Here you will see the jaw come forward. I have seen some of those changes with mewing in combination with the endonasal adjusting, also. There can be soft tissue changes inside the nose as well. Adhesions in the tissue and inflammation in the tissue can move in the direction of allowing better airflow. Thanks for asking.

Like the Balloon surgeries which have been around, does This process Last?? Or does the swollen membranes come back ?? I do have TMJ and many other issues being generated by Cervical Instabilities : Sinusitis, TMJ, ear & eye pains, occiptal / Temporal Headaches, Costochrondritis even IBS, and Bladder/Bowel Incontinence from the Cervical Spine. Notice the word "Itis" attached to the many ailments - Inflammation !!
